Material Verification + Traceability
Every project begins with proof. Incoming stainless is verified through MTRs, XRF testing, and certification review before it enters production. Barcoding and ERP integration track each component from raw material to finished assembly. That chain of custody means our customers always know what they’re getting — and where it came from.
Process Control + Precision
Quality depends on repeatability. From CNC machining and orbital welding to finishing and polishing, every operation runs against documented procedures and calibrated equipment. In-process inspections and first-article reviews keep tolerance, surface, and fit exactly where they belong — consistent and reliable.
Standards + Certification
Our work meets or exceeds the requirements of AWS D1.1 and D1.6, ASME Section IX, and 3-A Sanitary Standards. Welders and inspectors are qualified and certified to those codes, ensuring every joint, finish, and assembly performs safely in the environments that depend on them.
Continuous Improvement
