  • Quality Systems & Standards | Ace Metal Crafts

Ace Metal Crafts maintains disciplined quality systems and inspection processes to ensure consistency, traceability, and reliable performance across fabrication, machining, and assembly. Quality MEASURED IN TRUST Accountability and pride forged into every part. Every piece of stainless we cut, form, weld, or machine tells the same story — precision repeated, quality verified. That consistency starts with people and is powered by technology. From the moment material arrives, we verify composition, certify its source, and track its path through every operation. With in-process precision probing, digital measurement systems, and real-time inspection, we catch variations before they happen. Each weld, finish, and dimension is checked, recorded, and reviewed before anything ships. Behind every process is a person who owns it. Our welders, machinists, and inspectors rely on the data, but they take equal pride in the discipline that produces it. We build to AWS, ASME, and 3-A standards, yet our true benchmark is integrity — doing it right, every time, even when no one’s watching. Quality at ACE iconnects advanced engineering and precision equipment to the pride of the people who use them. When we say we stand behind our work, it’s because we can prove how it was built, by whom, and to what standard. That’s what gives our customers confidence and what keeps our promise measurable. I look at every weld like it’s the first one — because someone will use this, someone will depend on it. Leonardo Hernández, Welder I look at every weld like it’s the first one — because someone will use this, someone will depend on it. Leonardo Hernández, Welder Our Commitments Each of these commitments represents how ACE turns process into confidence — the checkpoints and mindsets that keep our standards consistent and our customers assured. Material Verification + Traceability Every project begins with proof. Incoming stainless is verified through MTRs, XRF testing, and certification review before it enters production. Barcoding and ERP integration track each component from raw material to finished assembly. That chain of custody means our customers always know what they’re getting — and where it came from. Process Control + Precision Quality depends on repeatability. From CNC machining and orbital welding to finishing and polishing, every operation runs against documented procedures and calibrated equipment. In-process inspections and first-article reviews keep tolerance, surface, and fit exactly where they belong — consistent and reliable. Standards + Certification Our work meets or exceeds the requirements of AWS D1.1 and D1.6, ASME Section IX, and 3-A Sanitary Standards. Welders and inspectors are qualified and certified to those codes, ensuring every joint, finish, and assembly performs safely in the environments that depend on them. Continuous Improvement Quality is never static. Data from inspections, NCR reports, and customer feedback feed into a constant cycle of review and refinement. We don’t just correct issues. We study them, learn from them, and strengthen our systems so they don’t return. Every project makes the next one better. Customer Confidence We measure success by trust — and we back it up with precision and communication. Our robust scheduling system keeps customers informed with accurate, real-time updates, while documentation packages, weld maps, and validation reports make every shipment fully verifiable. Whether it’s a single component or a complete system, our work stands up to inspection. I look at every weld like it’s the first one — because someone will use this, someone will depend on it. • Sustainability & Responsible Manufacturing | Ace Metal Crafts

Ace Metal Crafts approaches sustainability through responsible manufacturing practices, efficient use of resources, and long-term stewardship of people, facilities, and materials. Sustainability IT STARTS WITH US No problem is too big when we solve it together. At ACE, sustainability isn’t a department or a checklist. It’s the natural outcome of people who care — about the work, about one another, and about the world they leave behind. Every improvement, every new idea, begins the same way: together. When the ACE team gathers shoulder to shoulder in a huddle or side by side on the floor we commit to doing better by asking better questions. How can we reduce waste? How can we make processes safer, cleaner, more efficient? How can we honor our craft while protecting the resources that make it possible? We don’t claim to have all the answers. Like most manufacturers, we’re learning as we go while balancing the need to deliver today with the responsibility to sustain tomorrow. But that’s the point. Progress here is shared, measured not just in efficiency or output, but in the pride of knowing that every improvement, no matter how small, carries forward. For us, sustainability isn’t just what we do; it’s how we think. It’s curiosity, collaboration, and care in motion. It is a reflection of the people who make ACE what it is and what it’s becoming. Sustainability at ACE isn’t a destination; it’s a shared pursuit. We may not have all the answers, but we definitely have the right people asking the right questions. And that’s where every meaningful change begins. Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when people from different areas talk to each other and see the problem through someone else’s eyes. Keith Stout, President Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when people from different areas talk to each other and see the problem through someone else’s eyes. Keith Stout, President Our Commitments These are not policies. They are practices, grounded in the same spirit that built ACE. It is a belief that when people work with purpose, they can change more than the product. They can change the process and in time, the planet. Energy Efficiency Progress starts with how we power it. At ACE, we continually upgrade our systems and equipment to use less energy while delivering more performance. From high-efficiency HVAC and LED lighting to advanced power management in our machinery, we’re reducing our footprint without compromising capability. Smarter systems mean fewer emissions, lower costs, and longer equipment life and those are tangible gains for our customers, community, and environment. Air Quality Clean air sustains everything we do. That’s why we’ve invested in next-generation filtration and air-handling systems that keep our facilities safe, comfortable, and compliant. These systems don’t just protect the people doing the work; they safeguard the integrity of the stainless steel itself. By maintaining the right air quality and humidity levels, we ensure cleaner finishes, more consistent results, and a healthier workplace where every breath is clearer. Technology Upgrades True sustainability is as much about precision as it is preservation. Every new piece of technology we adopt — from laser welding to ERP-integrated planning — is chosen for one reason: it helps us do more with less. Advanced systems improve accuracy, reduce rework, and minimize material waste. Each investment is a step toward greater efficiency and reliability, ensuring we leave behind less scrap, less error, and more value in everything we build. People Engagement Our greatest innovation has always been trust. Sustainability thrives when every person sees themselves as part of the solution — and at ACE, they do. Whether suggesting a new process, improving material flow, or mentoring the next generation, our people are empowered to make change real. We don’t just ask for input; we rely on it. Because the people closest to the work are the ones who understand how to improve it. Curiosity in Action Curiosity is ACE’s renewable resource. It’s what drives our engineers to question assumptions, our welders to refine techniques, and our leaders to listen and learn. Curiosity connects craftsmanship to care by turning every “what if” into a better way forward. We believe sustainability is built one idea at a time, and those ideas come from people who are brave enough to ask, “Could this be better?” At ACE, curiosity is how progress takes shape. Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when people from different areas talk to each other and see the problem through someone else’s eyes. • Contract Assembly | Integrated Manufacturing Systems | Ace Metal Crafts

Ace Metal Crafts provides contract assembly services that integrate fabrication, machining, and engineering to deliver complete, ready-to-run stainless steel systems. Contract Assembly ALL TOGETHER NOW Shorter lead times. Stronger results. One trusted source. We know the work doesn’t stop at making good parts. It’s about building the systems those parts make possible — systems that install smoothly, start up fast, and perform under pressure. Every detail has to fit, function, and flow together. That’s where ACE delivers value: turning complex stainless components into complete, ready-to-run systems built for reliability and speed. For most manufacturers, coordinating multiple vendors drains time and margin. Misaligned timelines, inconsistent quality, and unexpected delays ripple through entire projects. ACE eliminates that friction. By integrating engineering, machining, fabrication, and assembly under one coordinated plan, we simplify complexity and strengthen accountability. Every department, every craft, every hand works in rhythm. That unity allows us to think several steps ahead. Our engineers and value stream leaders build efficiency into each stage of production, ensuring parts are not just made right but assembled right. From sanitary conveyors and process skids to custom electro-mechanical systems, each project moves through a lean, transparent workflow where progress is visible and results are measurable. Customers always know what’s happening, when it’s happening, and why it matters. The result: systems that perform as promised. Assemblies arrive on time, installation is straightforward, and testing confirms readiness before equipment leaves our floor. For our customers, that means shorter lead times, fewer handoffs, and confidence that everything, and everyone works together. The biggest thing our customers get from us is confidence — knowing what they’ll get, when they’ll get it, and that it’ll work the first time. Eric Principato, Vice President - Contract Assembly The ACE Advantage Fewer Steps. Faster Starts. Greater Confidence. Every assembly is more than the sum of its parts. It’s proof of collaboration, craftsmanship, and trust. We’ve learned that real precision doesn’t end with a single part; it continues until the entire system performs as promised. That’s the difference between being a supplier and being a partner. 1 PARTNER We integrate engineering, fabrication, machining, finishing, and assembly — reducing vendors, risk, and downtime. 1 PROCESS Our ERP-driven flow system synchronizes every department, keeping production efficient, predictable, and on time. 1 RESULT Fully tested assemblies arrive ready to perform — reducing startup time and ensuring reliability from day one. The biggest thing our customers get from us is confidence — knowing what they’ll get, when they’ll get it, and that it’ll work the first time.
